I have extensive training and experience with kids and provide yoga for kids through birthday parties, vacation parties, private lessons or school. Contact me today about the options!

What to Bring to Class

Bring your mat, any props you already own and of course a positive attitude! I have 1/4" (twice the thickness of a regular mat), latex-free mats for sale at $25 each in a beautiful array of colors. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
