throw an OHMazing™ birthday party!

Rockport Yoga about bringing the yoga to you. Have mat,
will travel!
All level
students benefit and will receive individual attention
and modifications as
necessary. Classical Hatha Yoga will enhance your
overall health, improve your stamina, and increase your
flexibility, focus, balance, creating a mental, physical
and emotional sense of well-being.
*If any
other class times work better for you and your friends,
please call or email so we can work something out. I am
flexible with my time and would like to accommodate your
schedule and needs. Where there is a will, there is
always a way!
You will need to bring your own
mat and of course a positive attitude to class. I have
¼” (twice the thickness of a regular mat) mats for sale
at $25 each in a beautiful array of colors if you wish
to purchase one from me.
Dress in loose, comfortable clothes that allow for
movement.
